Palm View Realty has
dedicated its staff resources to provide short or long term rentals to
vacationers and business persons traveling to Puerto Rico. Our office
is virtually minutes from the Carolina Airport and we offer a variety of
"Condos", "Apartments" on a daily, weekly, monthly or
yearly basis. All short term rentals are furnished, most have an "Ocean
View & City View" and include amenities such as security, a pool, assigned parking,
cable TV and a telephone. Long term rentals are either furnished or
unfurnished. The units range from cabanas and studios to 3 bedrooms and
are located on the beach or in close proximity to the beach. |
We have
approximately 100 apartments available in condominiums located in Isla
Verde: ESJ Towers, Marbella del Caribe (East or West), Villas del Mar (East
or West), Coral Beach, Playa Dorada, Isla Verde Estates, La Mancha and other
excellent condominiums on the beach. Our current range of rental rates is as
follows:

Rental rates vary based on location, amenities, length
of stay and the time of year. All are substantially below the cost of a hotel room.
All apartments can be reserved with a Security Deposit (which is not part of the rent)
and is refundable approximately 60 days after termination of occupancy, following
inspection and approval of the apartment and receipt of all long distance telephone calls
and utility bills. (On MONTHLY
rentals, the tenant is responsible for consumption of electricity, water, telephone and
cable services.) There is a check-out CLEANING CHARGE
which is added to the rental amount based on unit size.
MAID
SERVICE can be provided at an additional cost. All
Short Term Rentals (Less than 3 months), are subject to a 7% Tourism Tax.
