Reservations

To start on your way toward obtaining a vacation rental or business trip in Puerto Rico, please fill out the request Form bellow and click the Submit button. Please be as complete as possible when filling out the form. this will help us to better assess your needs, and put together a proper response. We will respond via e-mail within 72 hours of receipt.

Basic Rental Requirements:

  • A deposit for reserve the apartment is required-balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Rental deposits not received within 3 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation.

  • Or call us to reserve with money order or certified check.

  • All short term rentals (less than 3 months), are subject to 7% tourism tax.

1. There will be a processing fee of $25.00 per reservation

2. On weekly rentals we collect a deposit:

  • $200.00 studio

  • $300.00 one bedroom

  • $400.00 two bedroom

  • $500.00 three bedroom

On weekly  rentals, we collect the deposit in advance and refund it 60 days after departure.

   On monthly rentals we collect a deposit:

  • $500.00 studio

  • $600.00 one bedroom

  • $800.00 two bedroom

  • $1,000.00 three bedroom

On monthly rentals, we collect the deposit in advance and refund it 60 days after departure,  after utility bills have been received. Security deposit which is not part of the rent and is refundable.

3. The monthly rentals, the tenant is responsible for the payments of all utilities. A Basic Utility from $140.00 to per month to cover: water, basic telephone, basic cable, if the apartment has internet the Basic  Utility will be $180.00 per month. The tenant will be billed if he surpasses Basic Utility per month. The electric will be billed as consumed per month.

4. The tenant has 30 days prior to arrival to cancel . Any deposit held will be refunded less a handling     charge $100.00. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, the security deposit or reservation deposit will be forfeited in full.

5. Check in time:

  • Monday to Friday 2:00 to 6:00pm

  • Saturday's 12:00 noon to 2:00pm

  • Sunday's we are closed

6. Check out time is at 11:00am

7. Final cleaning:

  • Studio $60.00

  • One bedroom $65.00

  • Two bedroom $70.00

  • three bedroom $80.00
